What's prompted the enquiry – an FRA action, the Building Safety Regulator, a lender or valuer, an insurer, a purchase or a new project
Documents you hold – drawings, existing fire strategy, FRAs, FRAEWs, EWS1 forms, O&M manuals

No. Scoping and proposals are free, with no obligation to proceed.

I'm a leaseholder – can you help?

Many building-wide reports, such as FRAEWs and EWS1 forms, have to be commissioned by the freeholder, managing agent or accountable person. We can explain what's needed so you can raise it with them.

Can you work to an urgent deadline?

Often, yes. Tell us the deadline in your enquiry and we'll confirm what's realistic.
