How the services fit together
Fire safety documents depend on each other. A fire strategy explains how a building is meant to work in a fire. The fire risk assessment checks that it's being managed that way. FRAEWs, compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections provide evidence about specific parts of the building. For higher-risk buildings, the safety case report brings all of it together for the Building Safety Regulator.
When those documents are missing or contradict each other, problems follow – refused building assessment certificates, stalled sales, insurer questions and unnecessary remediation. We look at the whole picture and recommend only what the building needs.
